Wellbeing Sessions

The Wellbeing Officer is available for students seeking support for their mental health,
stress, or other wellbeing concerns. You can contact the Wellbeing Officer
directly at wellbeing@asahe.edu.au or make a booking for a free and confidential
appointment to discuss your concerns, get advice, and consider the path forward.
If required, ASA can also refer you to external services for longer term counselling upon
request.

Wellbeing Workshops

Wellbeing Workshops provide a great opportunity to learn about and improve your
wellbeing. In these sessions, you will have the chance to ask questions about your wellbeing
and participate in group discussions and activities. Topics covered include stress
management, overcoming anxiety, self-care, mindfulness and meditation, and more.
Wellbeing Workshops are free and open to all ASA students. Keep an eye on the Student
Learning Hub for announcements about the next session!

Online Resources

Self-guided online resources are available on the Student Learning Hub for you to learn
about and address common concerns you may have while studying, including stress, anxiety,
and sleep.
