Anupam Makhija is a result-oriented IT professional offering strong communication, teaching, research, and technical skills with 25 years of proven experience and training. She has been associated with many universities and colleges over the past 22 years  in Australia and has assumed the roles of and IT lecturer, tutor, and coordinator for undergraduate and postgraduate students. She possess knowledge of state-of-the-art IT technologies in areas such as programming, databases, information systems, data science, cloud computing, networking, web development, etc. Anupam Makhija completed her Masters by Research in the area of artificial intelligence and virtual conversational agents. Currently, she is enrolled in Ph.D. at Central Queensland University (CQUniversity), Sydney. Her research topic involves the use of effective feedback strategies to enhance curiosity and motivation within a game-based learning environment. She as research publications in the area of artificial intelligence, virtual agents, and game-based learning in education.
